Bryan Saint-Louis

Director of Character Development

With more than 15 years of experience in youth development, education and leadership, Bryan has built his career around empowering young people and supporting the adults who work with them.

His career has included roles in juvenile services, teaching, school leadership, coaching, ministry and district-wide student support.

After beginning his career as a Youth Juvenile Specialist in Michigan, Bryan transitioned into education, serving as both a teacher and principal with The Crossing School of Education in Indiana.

After moving to Alberta, Bryan spent four years as a Youth Pastor and community leader in Calgary before serving as a Student Success Facilitator and Coach with Rocky View Schools, supporting students, educators and school communities across the district.

Today, Bryan is also a professional speaker and facilitator, delivering his Radical Empathy programming to schools, educators, leaders and organizations, and serves as a Director with Powerful Youth Global Leadership Academy, helping develop young leaders from around the world.

His work centres around giving young people practical tools to lead with empathy, build stronger relationships and create positive change in their communities.
