Tuition

Tuition and fees cover the exceptional student-athlete experiences, integrated teaching and coaching, and resources not covered by government grants and philanthropy. These unique aspects of an Edge School education ensure that we fulfill our mission to build a culture of personal excellence in academics, athletics, and character.

Annual tuition fees for 23/24 for Alberta residents are as follows:

Grades 4 – 6 $18,780
Grades 7 – 12 $19,930
Student Activity Fee $670

All Edge School Athletic Teams have additional team fees in addition to the School tuition noted above.

Payment plans are available.

Edge School Endowment Fund Contribution

Edge families are now part of building a legacy for the school and its students through an endowment fund that will provide income for years to come. Contributions to the endowment help to ensure sustainability for Edge School and exceptional learning and training experiences for future generations of Edge student-athletes. Each Edge School family contributes 4% of total tuition paid (net amount after any financial assistance) for the eldest child, and 2% of total tuition paid for each additional child, which is directed to the Edge School Foundation Endowment Fund.

Out of Province and International Students

Students who are non-residents of Alberta, or students who are in Alberta by virtue of a Canadian Study Permit are not eligible for the Alberta Subsidy for Resident Students. Consequently, these students must assume the total cost of education for each year they attend Edge School.

International Student Fee – $5,000

Bus Fees

Bus service is provided by First Student and covers all four quadrants of the city.

23/24 rates – $3,300 for AM and PM service and $1,900 one way service

Sibling Discount

Families with more than one child attending Edge School are eligible for a sibling discount of 10% for the second oldest child, and 15% each for the third oldest and additional children. Families receiving student awards funding are not eligible for this discount.
