Are you looking to reclaim your fitness or mix up your current workout routine?

The Adult Fall Fitness classes at the Duckett Performance Centre are designed to enhance take your current level of fitness to the next level. Our group fitness classes are designed to accommodate members with all levels of fitness and are a great opportunity to join our fitness community at the Edge. Every workout can be scaled to fit your level of preparedness.

Schedule

Adult Fitness classes are open to the Edge community as well as the general public. All Fitness levels are welcome!

The Fall session will be held September 25th - December 20th. Classes will run:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6-7 pm
  • Monday and Wednesday @ 10-11 am     
Program

Our adult fitness classes are designed to help improve our athletes strength, stamina and movement skill in a supportive community environment. Our workouts can all be scaled to fit the fitness level of each individual.
