Adult Winter Training

The Adult Fitness classes at the Duckett Performance Centre are designed to take your current level of fitness to the next level. Our group fitness classes are designed to accommodate members with all levels of fitness and are a great opportunity to join our fitness community at the Edge. Every workout can be scaled to fit your level of preparedness.

The Adult Winter Training block runs from January 6th-March 20th. Training times are Mondays and Thursdays at 10-11 am and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 630-730 pm. This training program can be attended 1x/week or 2x/week.

 

Adult Spring Training

The Adult Fitness classes at the Duckett Performance Centre are designed to take your current level of fitness to the next level. Our group fitness classes are designed to accommodate members with all levels of fitness and are a great opportunity to join our fitness community at the Edge. Every workout can be scaled to fit your level of preparedness.

The Adult Winter Training block runs from April 6th-June 26th. Training times are Mondays and Thursdays at 10-11 am and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 630-730 pm. This training program can be attended 1x/week or 2x/week.
