Glenn Ramsay

Glenn brings over 25 years of soccer experience to Edge. He has served as a technical director, sporting director, and led player development and coach education at some of the highest levels of the sport. A former Canada Soccer youth national team player and professional hockey player in England, Glenn offers a unique multi-sport perspective that enriches his approach to student-athlete development.

Glenn holds a USSF A License and is a graduate of the National Coaching Institute. His coaching resume includes roles as a staff coach with Alberta Soccer, assistant coach for the University of Calgary women’s soccer team, and soccer director for Calgary Rockies FC.

Glenn’s deep understanding of the sport at all levels of competition – as well as his desire to advance the future of Canadian soccer – makes him a tremendous fit for our program.
