Jason Kerswill

Jason Kerswill brings over 20 years of experience in high-performance sport as a varsity athlete, coach and manager, most recently at the University of Calgary where he led the nationally recognized Dinos Athletics program as the Director of Athletics. During his time with the Dinos, Jason played an integral role in supporting 800 student-athletes in their pursuits on the field of play and in the classroom. Prior to joining the University of Calgary, Jason was the Manager of Athletics, Recreation and Sport Centre Operations at Seneca College in Toronto. He also guided the University of Northern British Columbia’s transition from the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association to U Sports.

Jason has a master’s degree in Sport Administration (University of Ottawa) and a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Kinetics (St Francis Xavier, in Nova Scotia). As a basketball player at St Francis Xavier, he was a two-time U Sports National Champion, three-time Atlantic University Sport Conference Champion and a four-time Academic All-Canadian. Jason was also inducted into St Francis Xavier University Sports Hall of Fame.
