Schedule

Off-Season Training for all groups during the spring will occur in the evenings. Summer training will, however, switch to a day-time schedule (with evening options also available). For specific schedule details please contact Ross McCain.

Program Details

Our program is focused on improving players speed, power, strength, stamina and flexibility. Depending on your age and commitment level, you can work on improving your game with us 4 or 5 days/week. Our program also includes spring and summer on-ice development designed to improve individual and game-applied skill.

Bantam Program

  • 4 off-ice sessions/week
  • 2 on-ice sessions/week in April and May. 2 on-ice sessions/week in July. 3 on-ice sessions/week in August
  • All on-ice and off-ice development sessions will be done at the DPC/Edge School

Midget & Junior Program

  • 5 off-ice sessions/week
  • 2 on-ice sessions/week in July. 3 on-ice sessions/week in August
  • All on-ice and off-ice development sessions will be done at the DPC/Edge School

NCAA, U-Sport, & Pro Program

  • 5 off-ice sessions/week
  • 2 on-ice sessions/week in July. 3 on-ice sessions/week in August
  • All on-ice and off-ice development sessions will be done at the DPC/Edge School

Edge Hockey Team Players: Your Edge Hockey team fees now include all of your DPC Training up until the end of June. For July & August Training, contact Ross McCain for registration, pricing and details.
