Adult Fitness

Are you looking to reclaim your fitness or mix up your current workout routine?

The adult fitness classes at the Duckett Performance Centre are designed to take your current level of fitness to the next level. Our group fitness classes are designed to accommodate members with all levels of fitness and are a great opportunity to join our fitness community at the Edge. Every workout can be scaled to fit your level of preparedness.

The adult winter training block runs from April 6-June 26. Training times are Mondays and Thursdays from 10-11 a.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 630-730 p.m.. This training program can be attended once or twice a week.


Whether your goal is performance optimization or longevity exercise has been shown to be the central component of maintaining health and wellness as we age.
