Guss joined the Edge faculty in August 2019, after moving to Cochrane from the Edmonton area to pursue professional acting in Calgary. He developed a passion for ice maintenance and fell in love with the Edge community. Now, Guss takes care of our two ice rinks along with the rest of our facility.
He grew up playing basketball until the age of 15, when he finally convinced his parents to let him play hockey. After two months as a forward and one trip to the hospital, he made the switch to goalie and has been a confidence booster for every shooter since! Before joining Edge, he worked alongside his parents for five years at their family owned and operated tire shop.
More commonly known as “the Zamboni guy”, Guss is proud to contribute to the talented & energetic Edge community.
