For the athletes who want to commit extra time and effort working on improving their strength, speed, stability and stamina, this is the program for you. Our sessions harbor a competitive atmosphere and allow athletes to push themselves in a small-group setting with other athletes of various ages.
The after school training program allows students to drop-in to training sessions when their sport schedule allows. This program is a small-group training session designed to improve the general physical skills of students of all ages. The after school program allows for flexible attendance without an advanced commitment.
