2020-21 Tuition Fees

Annual tuition fees for Alberta residents are as follows:
Kindergarten and Grade 1 $13,000 A
Grades 2 – 3 $14,500 A
Grades 4 – 6 $17,870 A
Grades 7 – 12 $18,970 A

A – Please note that additional fees may be incurred as follows:

■ Student Activity Fee of $650 per year.
■ Hockey Team programs which currently range from $12,000 to $16,500 per year.
■ Travel studies opportunities
■ Dance, Golf and Soccer programs offer travel opportunities within North America during the year for showcases and workshops. The cost for these optional trips can range from $800 to $5,000 per trip.


At the time of application, there is a non-refundable assessment fee as well as a deposit due. The deposit amount is applied to your tuition fees upon acceptance. This deposit will be refunded only if your child is not accepted to the Edge School or if you withdraw your application prior to acceptance.

Financial Assistance

Need-based financial assistance for tuition fees is considered for qualifying families under the the Edge Opportunity Awards. Opportunity awards are based strictly on the financial circumstances of the family; it is not a scholarship program. Applications for new families will be accepted as of February 1, 2020.

Enrollment Initiatives

We have these enrollment initiatives to assist in having increasing enrollment at Edge School.

Sibling Discount – Tuition fees for Alberta resident families with more than one child at Edge School will be as follows:

10% discount off tuition fees for the 2nd child

15% discount off tuition fees for the 3rd and additional children.
